Sky-PCA brings together HR, talent, engagement, legal, and business advisory capabilities. The firm is led by a Managing Director / HR Expert with extensive professional experience in HR advisory and consultancy.

Her background includes senior-level HR management, organizational development, strategic HR planning, employee relations, and management leadership, with experience supporting organizations including Waayeel and Start Healthcare Solutions, and previous leadership experience at PPBG Consulting Firm Somalia. She has also worked with international organizations and corporates including Adeso, DAI, Creative Associates, RTI, ASI, and Mercy Corps in Somalia and Kenya.
